Matilda Martins-Ojo MSc, PGDip, PRINCE2, RGN is an NMC-registered nurse and leadership and transformative coach who integrates evidence-based neuroscience to support women’s empowerment and emotional wellbeing. She is the visionary founder of Matilda Method Ltd, a global platform dedicated to helping women rise with clarity, confidence, and courage.

From Survival to Significance

Matilda’s story began in East London, where she became a carer for her mother at just eleven years old. Poverty, resilience, and responsibility shaped her early years, lessons that would later define her leadership philosophy.

By nineteen, she was a mother herself. But rather than letting circumstances limit her, she used them as fuel for growth. Over the years, Matilda rose through the ranks in healthcare and public health, serving in senior positions that demanded vision, courage, and compassion.

With close to a decade in formal leadership and more than two decades of lived leadership experience, Matilda embodies the balance of professional excellence and human empathy that defines transformational leadership.

After 14 years of mentoring, Matilda founded Matilda Method Ltd, a leadership and empowerment company built around her signature 4-pillar framework: Mindset, Mission, Mastery, and Meaning.
