- Pair exposure (doing the scary thing) with regulation for rewiring.
- Design Brave Actions that stretch without overwhelming.
WEEK 5 – Retraining Focus: From Fear to Evidence
- Understand why the brain scans for threat more than possibility (negativity bias).

- Practise evidence-hunting — noticing proof of capability.
