5. How long we keep data

Client and financial records are retained for 6 years to meet accounting and tax requirements. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Testimonials remain online until you request removal.

6. Who we share data with (processors)

We only share data with trusted service providers acting under data-processing agreements: Stripe Payments UK Ltd, Calendly LLC, ConvertKit LLC (Kit), Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Etsy / Payhip / SendOwl. All transfer personal data internationally under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data security

We use HTTPS encryption, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication on email, cloud and payment accounts. Access is limited to authorised staff or contractors under confidentiality agreements.

8. Your rights under UK GDPR

11. Recording of Events and Webinars

Matilda Method occasionally records live masterclasses or coaching sessions for replay, educational, and marketing purposes.
Participants are informed in advance and may choose to attend with their camera off or not attend.
Recordings are stored securely and may be shared on the Matilda Method website, social media, or training platforms.
