 Format: 6 × 90-minute live Zoom sessions · Maximum 16 women ·

 Practical neuroscience, reflection, and action.

  Support: Worksheets

Investment: £995 (Founder’s Cohort) | Start Date: TBC

WEEK 1 – The Brain Audit: Know Your Wiring

  • Understand how fear and self-doubt are encoded in neural pathways.
  • Grasp neuroplasticity — why your brain can change at any age.
  • Map personal triggers and habitual threat patterns.
  • Recognise nervous-system states (fight, flight, freeze, fawn).

WEEK 2 – The Threat Response: Why You Freeze or Please

  • Understand the amygdala’s threat detection and its impact on visibility and voice.
  • Apply Polyvagal Theory to identify three core regulation states.
  • Recognise how social threat mirrors physical danger.
  • Name your state in real time to reduce automatic reactions.

WEEK 3 – Regulation Toolkit: Returning to Calm & Capable

  • Apply breathwork, grounding, and movement to shift states quickly.
  • Create a personalised regulation plan for high-stakes situations.
  • Use sensory and cognitive anchors to restore the prefrontal cortex.

WEEK 4 – Neural Rewiring: Confidence Through Action

  • Learn how repetition forms new neural connections.
  • Pair exposure (doing the scary thing) with regulation for rewiring.
  • Design Brave Actions that stretch without overwhelming.

WEEK 5 – Retraining Focus: From Fear to Evidence

  • Understand why the brain scans for threat more than possibility (negativity bias).
  • Train your salience and attention systems to highlight competence, not danger.
  • Practise evidence-hunting — noticing proof of capability.

WEEK 6 – Integration & Next Steps: Make It Stick

  • Review transformation: old circuits vs. new.
  • Create a 90-day Maintenance Plan to stabilise gains.
  • Celebrate and plan the next Brave Actions.
